Ofer Shmueli brings two decades of experience in the international defense industry. During 23 years in the Israel Defense Forces, he served in leadership roles including Special Forces commander, SIGINT specialist, planner and senior intelligence officer focused on military strategy, CONOPS and military technology.
In 2006 he moved into the defense industry and spent 14 years as Senior Director for Strategic Planning, Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.
Ofer holds an Executive MBA from Ben-Gurion University and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Haifa. He is also a board member of FIMAT, the Israeli association for competitive intelligence professionals.
